From 23rd to 25th May 2025, Lake Garda will host the “Lake Garda Old Rugby Festival“, an event organised by I Cangrandi that promises excitement and fun for all fans of this sport. The exciting Rugby Festival will see rugby players from all over Europe compete.
The location is undoubtedly enchanting and the programme exciting. There will be no room for boredom ! The hosts, I Cangrandi, will welcome you to one of the most beautiful locations in North Italy: Lake Garda, following the spirit of fun, friendship and fraternity typical of this sport.

hours 5.00 PM Meeting of the rugby clubs at Garda Conference Hall, Program presentation, welcome from the authorities and hand out of the gift bags to the athletes.
hours 6.00 PM – 10.00 PM Welcome Party with live music entertainment at the Town Hall Square
DAY 2 GAME DAY
Saturday, 24th May
hours 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM Game day at Poiano Resort.
hours 8.00 PM Celebratory Evening at Poiano Resort.
hours 10.00 PM Festivities with live music entertainment at Poiano’s Congress Hall.
DAY 3 FINAL JUNIOR RUGBY TOURNAMENT and FAREWELL
Sunday, 25th May
hours 10.00 AM – 5.00 PM Verona Junior Rugby Tournament: U6 to U12 local and invited teams compete.
TOURING TIME Excursions at your own leisure exploring the scenic regions of Lake Garda, the tantalizing wineries and more.
